Creating videos is not my thing, I tried a few times but it wasn't something I thought I could dedicate to. My skills in teaching involve a far more personal level of involvement and knowing my clients well. This is so I can improvise and modify the delivery to adapt and overcome hurdles in training. I don't make training videos. Instead I use the online medium to teach Krav Maga on a one-to-one basis.
Krav Maga Online started in 2016 with one student who I wanted to help. Social anxiety wouldn't allow her to get involved in a full class. So we used Skype to get her trained in the basics. This lead to PT sessions in her garden, then at the gym. I later started a weekly women's self defence class with just a few in attendance which she could join. After a few months she was doing the pressure testing drills with the regular class and I was so proud of her. |

Krav Maga Online training is NOT pre-recorded videos, nor are they a follow along Zoom yoga class. Each client I take on gets one-to-one complete attention and focus so that the goals can be met quickly.
