This another something I really enjoy doing. Training a person towards a physical goal is a very rewarding part of my life. But only for those who have a goal, "maintenance" is not a goal. My PT clients must have a clearly defined goal... lose 5kg? lose 10kg? complete a marathon? If you have a goal, I can help you with the rest.

8 week program1800kr for the entire plan
This is an individual 8 week program, uniquely planned for you and based around what you can do and what your goals are. It is custom designed to your needs and using what assets your have. You'll be expected to check in with updates so I can monitor and we can adjust as necessary.
