The Stavanger Fitness Bootcamp is a separate class to the Krav Maga training.
Bootcamp is a 1 hour fitness session, mainly consisting of running and bodyweight exercises. It is a total body workout.

Wear comfortable exercise clothing with reasonable footwear for the running part of the training, and remember to bring a bottle of water. You don't need any other special equipment.
