I haven't always been a Krav Maga instructor. For a long time I have had a desk job too. In my career I have known many bosses but very few leaders. I will leave a good job because of a bad boss, but I will stay in a difficult company to be with a good leader, and in this statement I am certain I am not alone.

I have been leading teams online for years. My role as a Krav Maga teacher lead me to mentor newly qualified and aspiring instructors around the world using the internet as a platform. Through online tools and applications I communicate with them and guide them through the coursework and preparation they need to do for any official qualifications. I have dedicated hundreds hours hosting and teaching instructor skills on a one-to-one and small group discussion basis.
